1. Disconnect your accounts
Log in to your dashboard and open Connections. Choose Disconnect next to Facebook & Instagram, WhatsApp or Google. The stored access tokens are deleted immediately and we can no longer access that account.
2. Remove the app from Facebook
You can also remove access from Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find ShineDigit, and choose Remove. For Google, remove ShineDigit at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. Ask us to delete everything
Email shinedigit.ae@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address on your account, or the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account you connected. We will delete your account data, connected-account data, content and reports within 30 days and confirm by email. We may keep invoices and records we must keep by law.
