No refunds
All payments made to ShineDigit are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly plans, add-ons, hosting, one-time website and landing page fees, setup work and partially used billing periods, whether or not the services were used.
Why
Work starts as soon as you pay: our AI team researches your market, plans and creates content, builds websites and sets up your accounts straight away, and these costs cannot be recovered.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your dashboard (Plan & billing) or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges; the service continues until the end of the period you have paid for and, for marketing plans, until the end of the 3-month minimum term. No partial refunds are given for the remaining days.
Free trials and offers
If your plan started with a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Discounts and offers apply only as stated when you bought and have no cash value.
Ad spend and platform fees
Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to Meta, Google or other platforms, and WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta. These are not paid to us, and any refunds are governed by those platforms' own policies.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount because of an error on our side, contact us within 30 days and we will correct it. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under UAE consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
